B&B Hotel Köln Frechen

We liked the hotel. It was perfect for a short stay at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, and the receptionists were really friendly and helpful. As far as I can see, some of the evaluators gave a low score for the location of the hotel. Yes, it's in the outskirts, but it has a parking lot and excellent public transport connection to the city centre. Walk 10-15 mins to the stop of Tram No.7, which ran every 20 mins during the day and every half an hour in the evening + it's clean, fast and you can buy a ticket on board, and then it's a 28-min ride to Heumarkt, from where you can just stroll around the old town. So, the location was just fine.

Location was nice and quiet. We were able to access public transport quite easily to get into Cologne and explore the city. Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers up the road at Rhein Energie Stadion. Wifi was excellent. Room cleaning services were also great.

Hotel staff are nice, I can borrow umbrella from hotel during the raining days. Also the hotel can sent me an invoice copy as I requested. Have many restaurants surrounded.

Room was very nice. Spacious and clean. Easy to drive into town if you had a car . An American diner and petrol station right next to hotel .

Hotel was perfect for our stay before going on river cruise. Easy to use transport to and from Köln hbf
